Our Reservation Reduced

Maratha society in Maharashtra can get 8.5% reservation in EWS, while only 3.5% reservation will be available for the OBC category. If independent reservation is received, it will be between 7 and 8%. The Maratha community in OBC will not benefit much. Therefore, he urged the Maratha society to think about it, as Manoj Jirange Patil responded to Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ statement. The reservation of the Maratha community has been reduced. He mentioned that the Maratha society will take it out. They have conveyed that the Maratha society will not get much benefit in OBC. Therefore, he urged the Maratha society in the state to demand strong reservation.

Reaction to Bhujbal’s Statement

Chhagan Bhujbal has demanded a 75% reservation limit for reservations. Jirange Patil responded to this. Take us in OBC. Then what about 75%, make the reservation limit 90%, we don’t want anything, Jirange Patil responded. Increase to 70%, increase to 200%, do not show carrots like that. Until now, include us in OBC and increase the limit, now don’t show the carrot, he indicated.

But Bhujbal’s statement

Mali, Muslim, Marwadi, behind these castes, the question arose as to whether Kunbis were also included. On this, he once again brought his battle against Chhagan Bhujbal.
